Terms and Conditions:
By engaging with Prithvi Architecture, you agree to our terms and conditions, which govern the use of our services. These terms outline mutual responsibilities, rights, and the parameters within which our professional relationship operates.
Instructions
In the floor plan, you will receive up to 5 revisions in the complete drawing package.
The fees for the complete drawing package can be paid in 2 installments: the first as an advance and the second after the completion of architecture and structure work.
You are entitled to 2 revisions, if required, for the 3D front elevation.
Once your complete drawing package is finalized, no further changes can be made.
For floor plan-only services, fees must be paid in advance.
Payments are non-refundable once the drawing is completed or work is in progress.
If you encounter any difficulties on-site or with the drawings, feel free to call us between 10 am to 7 pm for assistance.
You will receive the floor plan within 2 days of the advance payment, with changes made in 1 day. Once the floor plan is finalized, the remaining drawings will be delivered within 3-4 days.
Drawing fees are subject to change monthly, and the current fee is valid only for the current month.
